Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy being a photographer. Most of the time I would rather be behind the camera instead of in front of it. However there are times when it would be nice to get MY picture taken. This past weekend was one of those times. My wife got a message on Facebook about a fundraiser that was going on in Warren, MI. We looked at the info about the event and made a quick decision that we would go if some of her reigning beauty queens were able to make it. She made a few calls and 2 queens that lived in the Detroit area were able to attend.
The event was “Staring You Too” at Stage 3 Productions. I was excited about seeing the studio because I knew this is where they shoot a lot of the GM vehicle product images. My wife was excited because a lot of people who we had worked on a movie set with had replied that they were going to be attending. We had a hard time finding the entrance to the building but once there we had a blast and met some great people . . . but no pictures of me.
