It’s just not good enough to get a cup of coffee it has to be something special. Even 7-11 and McDonalds are cashing in on the gourmet coffee trend. For a good frozen drink it’s hard to beat the Java Chip Frappachino at Barnes and Noble Cafe, but if you are looking for a great specialty coffee drink in Saginaw then the Red Eye on Hamilton Street in Old Town is the place to go. My favorite is the Milky Way with an extra shot of espresso although my wife prefers the Peppermint Kiss. Even with Starbucks now open in Saginaw I still recommend the Red Eye. After comparing the Mocha at both I prefer the chocolate that they use at the Red Eye.
